Sure is a peculiar.
You say you have had this for a year,
and you say that in that year you have INI'd or had Sysload.
You say that you have this same problem with 1070 and 1010, and presumably 1060.

You say that even ACOD 6955 and dialing 1070 doesn't pass.
This is a bypass of all ESN - CDP, RLI, or DMI.

Even more peculiar that when you build 107 steering code, with RLI 8 that deletes 0 and inserts nothing, that only 2 digits get passed..

I really want to know if you can get 10XX to the other end at all. So I am down to 3 things, then its back to the think tank.

1. Is the 10 the leading digits of your SPRE. Is that why we can't dial One Zero Anything. It seems to me that it is within your home PBX that is absorbing the 10, so that must be a SPRE, A corrupted DN, or something calling a translation.

2. Create a DMI and assocated CDP, I like the 107 idea. Have the DMI delete 4, and insert 101070. This will probably work and confirm what we already know. PBX wants to delete One Zero..Always.

3. What is set in the Cisco Route for Call type. I believe it has a field for NPA vs INTL. I realize we are going inbound to that route, but still I have seen this call type area play with digits when integrating devices.

Let me know WW.

Try and print the FFC data from LD 49.

I wouldn't be concerned about the PBUZ
