Location: Jamestown N.Y. Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Unfortunately yesterday and day before that were to busy to dig into this. My thoughts monday were that a solution was right around the corner. thoughts> When making a set on the PBX with a 1010 DN> Placed a test call to ext. 1112> display reads 2293???? attempted to call 1010 results were will not ring. ?????? If I dial 2293 the 1010 dn on the PBX rings ?????? Is this a clue? A few weeks ago I had temporarily moved the 2293 extension to 1 0 1 0 TN for a office move. Location: Jamestown N.Y. Rep Power: 4 ![]() | does anybody have any ideas why the PBX is stripping the digits? Is 1010 setup for anything behind the scenes,,,, I just don't know where to look? One other thing I found that was really odd> A few weeks back I moved a set. I temp mov to tn 0 0 1 0 the set DN was 2993 then last week while experimenting lfor a solution on this 10xx thing.... I made a set with a DN 1010 on TN 0 0 1 0 when placing a call to the 1010 set it would not ring I had dialtone on this set,,,, then I attempted to call 1112 the call display said 2993????? 2993 had been totally wiped from that terminal number. When calling 2993 the 1010 phone would ring,,,,, strange but true. Any clue? Is 10 a access code for something? and where do I begin to look? Thanks | ||||||||

Location: Far away Rep Power: 6 ![]() | yes it will be down for a few minuets go into LD 10 & check for 10 numbers if there are any 10xxxxx numbers then check them out if you have none then go into LD 43 and enter "at the dot" EDD ( equipment data dump) when that has finished turn off the power at the power unit count to 10 and switch it back on...it should all come back ok... sometimes D chanells may need to be brought back if you have any that is.... are you happy to try that..
