Local Area Code Problem

Option 61c 25.40 rev.

Once an ACD call overflows from one ACD DN to another can it be sent back to the origional ACD DN if a phone becomes idle in the origional ACD DN?

Thanks,
MrClean61

Fax Line Busy, Trac shows Lockout

The direct answer is NO. Once a call is placed in the traget queue it must be answered
in that queue. If the Byth has been exceeded the call is never palced in the target queue, therefore it really never overflows.

However, Interflow can be returned to source.

Now for the Indirect answer. You could OVFL to a Target queue, then have the Target
OVFL back to the Source queue. However, unless someone is paying close attention
to what is going on, it will mess up your stats something fierce.

Hope this answers your question.

Thanks Depearce.

I'm going to go with the NO answer. I had told them I didn't think we could have an either or set up. They bought a piece of equipment that won't do what they want it to and now they want me to fix it.

Thanks,
