Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Fax Line Busy, Trac shows Lockout The direct answer is NO. Once a call is placed in the traget queue it must be answered in that queue. If the Byth has been exceeded the call is never palced in the target queue, therefore it really never overflows. However, Interflow can be returned to source. Now for the Indirect answer. You could OVFL to a Target queue, then have the Target OVFL back to the Source queue. However, unless someone is paying close attention to what is going on, it will mess up your stats something fierce. Hope this answers your question. | ||||||||
