Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Call going to the wrong VM box Hello, OK, I'm not sure what might be happening here. If I call this DID (6464) from within the building it goes to the VM box if that person doesn't answer. If I call that number from a outside line it goes to the VM box of x6465. I've traced the call in LD 80 both ways (outside and inside dialing) and the call shows up on x6464 with nothing on x6465. Any ideas as to way external calls to x6464 are going to the VM box of x6465 when the person at 6464 doesn't answer?? I've checked both VM accounts and I don't see anything that would tie them together. Using Meridian Mail 13, 61c with 25.3. Thanks

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Nope, from what they tell me this just started happening a couple of weeks ago. I've got the problem fixed but I couldn't tell you what the cause was. I ended up deleting the voice mail account for x6464 and rebuilding it and that cleared the problem. Thanks
