39XX Automatic Set Configuration - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

We try to install 39xx telephone using the model in the LD20. The problem is when I go off-hook I see the prompt "model ?" but there is no default model appear on the LCD for only the 39xx telephone. When we try to type the model number and press # the telephone responsed with "model ? (0)". Is there any feature I must enable to use the Automatic Set Configuration for M39XX telephone , my pbx version is 4.50w ?

Your port is unequiped?
check the port(TN)

Normally , the port using Automatic Set Configuration should be unequipped. I try using the model ( 3903 M ) I already configured in LD20 but the pbx didn't allow me to use that model.
