Question In/Out Phone Log

We have a user that is over-utilizing the phone for personal calls. I need to generate a log file of all the in-bound and out-bound calls and their duration.

I know just enough about the phone system to be dangerous. What commands can I use to dump the requested information to the printer?

Thanks for any help or input.

Read that post and the downloaded document.

What LD allows me to do it? I didn't see anywhere that referenced that.

call records can't be accessed by a LD.
They are real time you can either print out raw call records to a printer that has been programmed on the PBX and is dedicated to that function or you can buffer them with a device and then dump them out. There are applications that most people use such as OTM,switchview, etc
There is also configuration to get the cdr started to whatever way you decide to go.
good luck

you can setup CDR and get in running, then save the data to a TXT file, then run the data through a CDR parser,, you can get one here, it will set all the data out in easy to read rows

LD 17, to create TTY and assigned it be a USER as CTY.
LD 16, to turn on the route of trunks tht you want to give call details.
LD 15, in CDR_DATA, define in PORT prompt which TTY that you assigned for this purpose.
LD 10/11, if you want to active internal CDR via CLS ICDA of each phone.
