Does your clocks set as primary and secondary correctly? Are they tracking to any clock? Check LD 60 SSCK command. Post it then.

Can you set your SREF, and track your clocking there? I think there is discrepancy with your source of clock in PREF, which I am referring to your carrier or telco.
