Hi,

When a user forwards his phone to the secretary, the secretary phone rings but then goes to the voicemail of the user, not the secretary.

The users extension is MARPed on the secretaries phone. What CLS do I need to set up?

Thank you

Disabled Set List?

It appears that you want the system to forward no answer calls to the Sec., but if she does not answer the call, then to the SECs mailbox. Don't think this is gonna happen.

First, the DNIS being sent is the USERS not the SECs. So you would have to show every user as an extension to the SECs Mailbox. Also, the user could not have a Mailbox on the system. You can not send a call to two different places at once.

MM sees the incomming Digits that were dialed 4408. MM then looks for first a MB with a DN of 4408, then looks for an extension of 4408 of another MB, only if it does not find a MB. Call forward does not change the DNIS of the Call.

If someone else sees this differently please suggest.

Maybe ought to try a different approach to the whole situation.

I don't have a lab situation here so I can't try this....Do you have SFA in COS? If so, try removing that. It may just ring-no-answer so try this after hours. Also does the sec answer calls for other people as well?
