Location: Bay Area Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:  | Stupid Question (call forward no answer) I'm brain cramping on this one... I have a user that has an office in two buildings (across the the street form each other). Building "A" has our Option 11, building "B" has the NEC Neax 2000. The main DID with voicemail is in building "B" I have it setup to forward from one DID or the other (7 digit). However the Nortel DID will not have voicemail. I need to program the Nortel DID to forward if there is no answer to automatically call the other DID if no answer. Thanks in advance. | ||||||||
