Rep Power: 0  | Call Pilot Backup Problems Hello I am trying to make a backup from the system backup-restore options and inmediatly received the followin message : The following errors have ocurred * Backup/Restore AOS COM object is unable to starrt backup 41806 * Cannot open networks resource OpenNetworkResource returns 1007 Someone can help me with this issue ? Rep Power: 6 | Hello, Which backup device for backup? tape or network device? If you're using the Network device for system backup, you can share the directory with named for backup. e.g. "CP_BACKUP" , backup path://shared computer ip/CP_BACKUP , then enter computer login account with password , run backup immiate. please try. regards, cy | ||||||||
