CallPilot 4.0

Ok,I've started out on CallPilot 1.07,upgraded to 2.02 and worked on it for about 5 years.
Now I am at my new place of employment and we are running Call Pilot 4.0 but of course we are using Lotus which we used at my old job right before we switched to Outlook before I left.
The problem is CP 4 doesn't work with Lotus ,the inotes template doesn't support.I have the email portion through desktop working but that is all.
Anyone else use desktop messaging with CP 4.0 or I should say Lotus since Nortel doesn't seem to keep Lotus up to date like they do with Outlook?
I know there is probably not a lot of people using Lotus with CallPilot but I would have thought they wouldn't have rolled it out w/o making sure it worked!

I know I had some issues with the users I was loading the software on their machines, they did not have designer rights on their mail file. So it would not allow you to change the template for CallPilot. I have had tons of issues with Notes and CallPilot. Right now I tell most users to use Mycallpilot. My issue now that is up with Nortel and IBM is when you try to use the Notes global directory to foward a VM it locks Notes up.

CallPilot and Lotus Notes Problems?

So, it's been almost three months since the last postings on this, and since I've been beating my head against Nortel's wonderful documentation on CallPilot and Lotus Notes integration, I was wondering if you've had any success with a resolution to your problems? I've been trying to iron out similar problems with our 4.04. CP and Lotus Notes for the last couple of months (choice of Notes Global Directory for search when addressing message in Desktop messaging fails and then renders future searches impossible because of "use last directory" program). I've finally thrown in the towel and requested our vendor to come out to hopefully get in touch with ETAS. Thanks, Terry.

P.S. - also having other problems with Reporter and MyCallPilot.
