I have heard that there are some free certification courses(for meridian PBX systems) are available on nortel web site (online through web). I am registered with nortel with limited previliges. Can i do these free certification course on nortel web?? what is the exact URL of that free certificate site of nortel. I tried to search free certification but cudnt found any??

I think it is in the Knowledge Assessment...but long time I able to access it since I have no more access to Nortel website anymore...

I'm not aware of any free cert. on Notel's site.
Perhaps whoever told you this was talking about when they first started the NNCSS certification there was some tests that you could take online but that has been discontinue for awhile. Now to certify you have to go to a testing center unless someone know something else.
There are short practice test on the web site.
