OTM lock out

Is there a back door login to OTM. We had our vendor upgrade our OTM and shortly after that you can't log in anymore. The people who make OTM won't support it anymore because our vendor upgraded us without telling them 1st. Sounds like a bunch of crap to me. This happened a handful of months ago and wasn't that big a deal because we have a different billing program, but this needs to be taken care of.

Don't know much about OTM.
Doesn't OTM use the users on the PC for login names.

Make your vendor fix this. I use OTM everyday and I don't know of any "back door". Call the vendor.

What version OTM did you upgrade from/to?

Note that OTM 2 uses Windows authentication.

What happens when you try to log in, any error message? Make sure the OTM username is a Local Administrator on the Windows server. If you can't log into certain sites, there maybe a way to bypass username.

If the application does not allow you to log in, you can wipe out the system and reinstall it OTM from scratch. Then ****** will support you again and you can upgrade with them.

So your vendor left you high and dry? Feel like dropping the name?

You have the dongle right connected?
If you have the dongle conencted check with the taskmanager the program donglechecker.exe you need this to operate the OTM
If you system don't have a user you can use the user administrator passwor administrator (default sometimes you configure the system to no prompt the user)
You can create an user in windows NT, XP etc. and use this user in the OTM program
