Location: 1069.7 miles from Tiverton, Ontario (CANADA) Rep Power: 12 ![]() | What would prevent CP playing a voice segment in a script? I call the CDN and it rings once and were the announcement should be I hear nothing, it just rings to the agents phone. Update: It looks like one Voice Segment is not playing. I can listen to the recording but it will not play when someone calls a couple toll free numbers. Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I know I'm posting to an old question, but I am having this exact issue with our call center. Everything was working fine and no changes were made to the script, but all of a sudden one of my voice segments will not play. When the number is dialed, the phone rings once, then picks up to play the prompt, except there is only silence where the prompt should be. Did anyone ever find what causes this and how to resove this issue? | ||||||||
