Location: WNY Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Audio on phones Someone correct me if I'm wrong. . .I think you need to tell your 800# provider what DNIS you want it to go to. So, that means you only need to make sure the TN/DN is set up. T, do you know how to program a phone or will this 800# be going to a # that already exists? (if you need to do a new program, we will need to know are the phones digital or Analog?) AB

Location: Fort Myers, FL Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Meridian PBX/Norstar tech We own the 800 Number. What I must do is point the 800 number to a DNIS of 163 in my switch - and then point it over to the mailbox. That's where I'm stuck. I have no idea what load I can even go into to see DNIS 163 and how it's translated. Thanks!

Location: Fort Myers, FL Rep Power: 6 ![]() | MCA and Data TN Actually I found this in some old notes here: LD 49 REQ prt TYPE idc CUST 0 DCNO 0 IDGT CDGT 161 6308 162 6306 163 3995 etc etc I guess load 49 is where the 3 digit DNISs are stored in our PBX. Very cool. so I found it, executed a change to the new mailbox number....called the LEC and it works.
