Remotley activating the CFW key!!!!!

Hi there all,

This has frustrated me for some time now and thought there may be an answer to this.....

Is there any way to remotely activate a CFW key remotely without having to go through the DISA process etc.....

I have heard on the grape vine that there is something in LD72 to do this???

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!

There is a network call forward feature that will let you call forward a phone from any phone on the system or even other networked PBXs. Don't know of any way to do this from out side the system or network unless you use something like the Integrated Call Director.

I'm not sure about LD72, but believe that it can be done in LD 77, that is if you have the password for LD 77. It didn't used to require one, but now I think that it does. I believe you can use the IMSG command, once you have figured out all the SSD messages that need to be input. It is not an easy process and can be quite cumbersome. Basically, you are entering the same commands through software that you would be if you were sitting at the phone. It is a program that should be used with some caution as inputting the wrong SSD message could have negative effects on the system.
