RMWK Keys suddenly stop working on one set

I have a 2616 that is dedicated to RMWK keys. Yesterday, around noon, this set just stopped monitoring those mail boxes. If they hit the key twice, which should engage, they hear a fast busy and the display shows INVALID CONDITION.

The TN for the set shows the keys unchanged and programming as it has always been. There are no error messages in the PBX or in Voice Mail when these keys are pressed. I can IDU the set and make and receive calls from the set's key 0.

Where am I going wrong? What would cause this to just stop working?

Have you tried swaping the set?

They swapped the set. I disabled and re-enabled the set. When they push the button once, it shows the number last monitored. When they push the button the second time they get a fast busy. The monitored number is a valid mail box. I just outed and rebuilt it and I am waiting for them to call me an tell me if that cleared it up. I did reuse the same TN but, I don't think that the TN is the root of this oddness.

Any other ideas?

Why can't I get this to work?????????

I outed and rebuilt on the same TN..... doesn't work.
I outed and rebuilt on a new TN.......... doesn't work.

This same configuration is up and running at this site on another phone. I just don't see how it is working and then it just stops in the middle of a day. I am almost to the point of attempting a remote INI of the PBX.

Anyone????????????????

There are no errors of any kind. What I did today, on top of what I have already listed, seems to have restarted the service.

Today, I changed the CLS of the phantom DNs from RMMA to RMMO. In doing that the phantoms TNB then showed the RMTN as finally being blank. I had the user then reactive each key. This populated the RMTN portion the TNB with the correct TN and the service was back on line.

So, they are working but, I still don't know why they ever stopped.
