ACD Not Reporting in Max - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

I added an ACD queue the other day. I also added that ACD/DN in Max. When I try to run a report, it comes up with No data selected for this report.

Reporting is working for the other queues.

Did I miss something?

Any help most appreciated.

The VSID 2 was not in there before. I changed that today.

Would that affect the reporting?

Print an ACD that is reporting. It may be in MAX though. Make sure the report your trying to run is not a CDN report.

check capacity configuration to check that your not exceeding your limits.

then upgrade to symposium...
