Programming a TIE to Polycom Bridge?
Does anyone know how to program a TIE to a Polycom Bridge? They say you can connect a Nortel PBX but can't give me examples of programming. I have it set up for TIE with IFC of D100, but it still doesn't work. They only have 5 prompts and look how many we have between the Route, DCH, and Trunks.

It keeps trying to connect and then it will release. I can put a loop back plug in and everything loops up ok so I know the wiring is ok.

What are those 5 prompts from the Polycom? Maybe it might match with one of the IFC in M1.

The best advise I could share is trial and error. Good thing it has only 5.

We both have the IFC set to D100, but it is now back in Polycom hands. We asked the vendor to provide Nortel programming months ago and all we kept hearing was "sure you can do it. You program it up and we can connect to it."
I will let everyone know what happened in case you run into it sometime.

We were able to connect a Sonexis bridge via a NT5D21 dual DTI\PRI. Access is via a DSC defined in BARS. Format is D4,AMI. PM me if you woul like a sample of the config.

Yes, if you could. We are using a PRI which is the problem of connecting the DCH, but that could be an option.
