attn. Sl100 guru's

Due to a problem we had with our cost recovery system (Equitrac) a tech had to stop all incoming call data from being sent to Equitrac. We believe the cost recovery problem has been repaired, but now I don't know how to turn the incoming traffic data back on. Something simple, I hope.

Audio on phones

I did stat my TTYs and the CDR one is showing as being enabled. We never shut down all CDR data, only the incoming call data. We were still getting all outgoing call data. Is there somewhere else where particular types of data are specified as being enabled or disabled?

Wildman, CDR is set up on a per route basis in the RDB of each different route. you can print the routs out in ld 21, and change them in ld 16 the prompt you are looking for is inc just below the cdr prompt. in order to access it to change, you must answer yes to cdr in ld 16. Good luck.

Jim
