Coordinated dialing

Setting up a new ITG Line 3.0 card, the card configuration tab shows the i2002 and i2004 versions as "Unknown" (the same as the screenshot on page 312 in NTP). The loadware shows the correct version, and using FTP to look at the /C:/FW directory, I can see the 0602B39.bin file. Do I have to set up an external file server? I thought that it was suppsed to get the firmware from this subdirectory if it needs it. Do I have to make a configuration change so that it tries this directory?

What version firmware are you running on this card? Did you upgrade the card yourself or did it come with 3.0 on it? Did you ftp the new firmware to the card?

just tryin to get an idea as to what u got.. then i can help further

ITG routeAdd syntax

This is a brand new 3.0 "strongarm" card in a brand new switch. I am using the 3.0 firmware load as the card came straight out of the factory.

I did get this part figured out using FTP. By reading the docs, when you update firmware from OTM, it renames it to i2004.fw (or something of the sort). When I looked in the FW directory of the card, the BIN file that was there (the only file there) had the original filename. Uploading the phone firmware file to the card fixed this issue since the OTM process renames the file to the correct name.
