is this a new install or did it just go into local mode?
If it's new make sure your BUID and MOTN programming is right also the dialing plan must be set in your NRS/gatekeeper and the extensions at the SRG site must be pointed to the cs1000 endpoint.

In the Alias name the name must read Name: not NAME:

Thanks a lot for the reply. I made changes you indicated but it didn't help.
1. Could you please indicate the difference between configuration Succession for SRG 50 and BCM 50 (gatekeeper routed) ?

2. Do I need software package N 390 "Succession Branch Office" on the succession ?

3. Question about patches. Can I apply BCM 50 Camulative patch to the SRG 50 ?

4. Are there any special rools not indicated in the manual I should know ? For example, for BCM 50 alias name should be in the form Name:[BCM Name] . May be there are some rools for SRG also ?

Your GK registration looks OK, The "no endpoint in GK database" would imply the CS1K SS endpoint in the NRS does not have the DN range 54xx as a number plan entry, it needs to match that up.
