Ok these have me stumped
I've replaced the network card and reset the controllers for both shelves 0/1 and still getting the msg. I was hoping to correct this without having to go and unbundle a patch. Any ideas?

and is your Bcast MOH on TN 20 0 0 0???

if the answer to both is yes.... your Mus Conn.'s ISM limit is reached

Increase your ISM's for music or let the people on hold hear silence

This is the broadcast counters for the trunk being realigned. They were found to be incorrect. MPLR18313 is what fixes the problem, hence AUD662 MPLR18313.

It has nothing to do with your ISM parameter's.

I thought that as well, that is why I wrote about the problem. Is there a way to mask this without opening the bundle?
