App Builder Change Dates?

Is their a way to find out when the last time an application was changed in app builder?

We had a menu recently get reported that it stopped working and some higher ups want to see when the last time the menu was changed.

Thanks

If you have the CallPilot reporter running, you should be able to look and see what has been changed.

No reporter here, I don't think, are there logs I can look into to try to find the info?

Aren't each of the apps contained in their own files? I thought I remembered searching for those back when I dealt with CP. You should be able to check the modified date on them if you can find them. Unless things have changed in the past 4 years or so

That is possible Arch. I have not looked myself that way.

Rix, the reporter is a tool that comes with CallPilot but has to be installed and configured on a seperate webserver (can not reside on the CallPilot server). If you find the install CD, the config is pretty straight forward. You just need a fixed IP and name entry in your local DNS (we used CallPilot and CallPilot2 for the reporter). The reporter poles the call pilot and stores the reports. Once you start poking through them, it is a mazing how much detail is available.

After doing some research I found they do have reporter. And it seems to be installed and working.

I haven't used it before. Where should I look for changes?

Thanks,
Rix

I would venture to say look at the "Administrator Action" reports then filter through them to see if the change is reported there.

I have not specifically looked for changes to the applications but it does seem to report what each administrator has done.

If you have direct access to the CP Server Console, go to My Computer to D:\Nortel\cust\cust1\nm_abd\uprog You should see all the App ID's listed in folders names. Open the app folder and you will see another folder that represents the modification(Seq Number maybe?) But open THAT folder and change your view to detail and you should see the last mod date. Whew!
Hope this helps.
