Hi,

Occasionally I get calls from people and it's happened to me, that calls go directly to voicemail and the phone never rang. The caller didn't use express messaging and the user wasn't on the phone.

This problem comes up from time to time. Maybe a few times every year and then goes away.

Has anyone experienced this before and has Nortel ever address this?

We are on an M51C rls 23 with MerMail rls12

CPND on 2nd SCR

make sure that the DN in question does not appear on any other set.. and if it does. make sure that the DN in question is correctly marped.

For example if the DN is marped to another set and that user forwards his phone.. the calls to your dn iwll be forwarded also. without it even rining on your phone

Creating User IDs/Passwords in the 61C

I've had this problem and I changed everything and I mean everything, but it continued. Customer said he was at his desk phone didn't ring but MW lite came on, message was not forwarded (new call).
It's probably still doing it
