Bad port on Digital Line Card

I am having an issue on a digital line card.I have one TN that I can't get to work.
I replaced the card with anew one and still no go.I reversed the wires also to see if that was the problem.
Either the pair running to the TN block to the backplane is bad or maybe the backplane itself.
Is there any way to check this or any other troubleshooting steps anyone may know of.

Thanks

Can you move to another TN? Can you place a card you know is working into the bad slot?

Yes,I've got plenty of TN's available and tested with another card but would like to figure out the issue on this one.
Where I worked before I had a few but didn't have time to really troubleshoot plus my manager is wanting a solution.

Thanks!

pull the feeder pair off the mdf and reterminate it ,might just be a bad connection .If this doesn't work plug an amphenoled 25 pr cable in its place and just pull out the faulty tn pair and put on a rj11 block and test phone.
If this still fails replace network card for shelf.

If you are sure that the cards you are swapping has no bad port, then concentrate on the PE cable until you decided to even open the Amphenol connector to see inside if the are pins destructed. Or even play the ribbon cables behind IPE cage.

More or less, it is wiring issue. Hope you can solve it easily.
