The NCOS of both my Incoming and Outgoing Route is 0. My Set NCOS is 4.
As for the TBAR it get a SCH8988 when I try to print it in LD 56.

Update...Blackbox/Norstan verified all my programing and they tell me it's my Carrier (Allstream) that is preventing the call from Tramboning....I've uponed a ticket with my carrier...we shale see if that is indeed the problem...anyone else ever hear of a carrier preventing trunk to trunk?

Hi

Trumboning is somthing different. It means that you prevent at call from originating from the same route that it is going out on, so if it is 2 different routes that should not be the problem.
If it is betwen 2 or more Meridians the SW i the Meridians wil take care of this and connect the call but wil not use any Trunk.
