Hi,

I've configured my set with 2 lines. When callers call the 2nd extension number, the calling party name display shows on the display AFTER the receiver is picked up. How do I configure the set so I can see the name before I pick it up. The CPND appears fine for key 0, but not key 1.

The phone is an M2616HF with Display on an M51C rls23

Wrong Topic, Wrong Place, But I'm a Telecom guy with a Car A
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but only the 00 key can be displayed
before going off hook. Can't even do that if 00 is ACD.
