Angry Timed Overflow

I have Nortel Meridan 1 v.25 with merdian mail and option 11.

I'm new to the system and want to program and ACD # 555 to to roll over to an outside line after 180 seconds of being on hold. To do this I tranfered a second DN # 556 over to an outside #. To do this I programed the TOFT to 180, the IFDN to ext 556 and made AENI to YES. What I seem to get is a overflow based on the OVTH. I get call to overflow on the number of people in the Q and not based off time. If the OVTH is set to three I get 3 calls in the Q and all others get directed over to the overflow. The original calls stay on hold in Q indefenitely. I don't know what I'm missing.

Does anyone see anything I am missing? I can post the programing for ext 556 also if you need it, but it seems to be working will the overflow I'm getting.

You need to set ovth to 0 otherwize the way you have it set up 3 calls go to que and stay there your 4th call would be timed .

Tried

That was how I orginally wanted it to work. If I change it 0 the first call that goes into the que is then tranfered immeditlly over to the external connection.

Thanks though.
