Help with Phantom hunting on phone (Help)

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if someone could help me out. The problem i am having is that when someone forwards there type 500 phantom phone to a 2008 phone it will only ring on the first line or key o it will not hunt to key 1. So when someone calls and the user is on the phone it goes to VM instead of ringing to the second line. Below is the programming of the 2008 phone and the 500 phantom phone.

Thanks in advance everyone Terry

Send a message via MSN to TomasSouth
In Phantom-TN, FTR CFW, FTR FDN, and HUNT are useless. The only deciding factor for a call on it is the FTR DCFW.

Second, for M2008, do somewhat like this:

ECHG yes
ITEM cls cftd (to remove EFD and EHT since no difference with FDN value)
ITEM cls fna hta
ITEM lhk 1
ITEM hunt 000 (to hunt it to next key)
ITEM fdn 1650 (i assumed DN 1650 is you Voice Messaging access)
ITEM <cr>

And I think, TN 47-12 has no relation to TN 4-14 in your example. I think TN 47-12 is for other application of Mr/s. Baber Salam. Check DN 1687 inside your voice messaging system to know what is that for.

Yep - the only place that 500 is going is: DCFW 4 1650.
