Rep Power: 0 ![]() | CDR record format We have a CS-1000M & OTM capturing CDR records with Caller ID detail. Working fine, passing all info to OTM for TBS reports. Is it possible to add the Calling Name information that is passed thru with the Caller ID and displayed on the IP Phones (ip2004) to the CDR record ? For that matter is it possible to add any custom fields to the CDR record ? Any help would be appreciated... | ||||||||

Location: FL Rep Power: 4 ![]() | We just upgraded to 4.5 in Dec of 05 and according to our rep they did make some enhancements to the CDR for the IP sets. I don't have any sets to try but if you look at the raw records you can see that there is another line for information of some kind mine just show the "&" sign. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I am using the new CDR record format (the one that has a multiline output using the "&"). I haven't been able to find any documentation regarding the modifcation of the CDR record. If anyone can provide any info, please post it here. Thanks... | ||||||||

Location: FL Rep Power: 4 ![]() | How many lines of data are you receiving? Before my system was upgraded I would only get 3 lines for information but now I get 4. Like I said before though I don't see anything on the 3rd or 4th line but th "&" sign. So I asked the tech that was installing the system what is the 4th line for (because it screwed up the Call Accounting Software I was using) and he said that as far as he knew it had something to so with the IP phones reporting. I'll keep trying to find out what I can and let you know. | ||||||||
