Rep Power: 0  | ACD overflow queue I have two consoles on the first floor and another console at the 7th floor so I have a total of three M2250 consoles. I have only one person answering the first floor console and would like the 7th floor secretary to help out and answer the console too. How do I do this? what are the programming needs? | Junior Member | MAT.Where can I get it? When you say you have a console on the 7th floor, do you mean it is plugged in and working?. If it is all you have to do is put a head set on it and take it out of night service and it should work. [Edited on 25/3/2003 by acewarlock] |
