Basically I want to give our users a form to fill out everytime they want to make a change to a voice menu tree. Anyone have something like this already created? I have two that I created - One for Telephone MAC's and one for Convention requests. Basically, you create a form in MS Outlook that has the controls you want to customer to interact with. Think of it as a HTML form with required fields. Then when a customer want's to make any 'Telecom' change, he/she would open the form, input the data and hit send. You will receive the email in a form or 'print preview' format.
