I think its stuffed

At one of our call centers, they have an Attendant Console.
DiD's that are not active numbers are being sent to the attendant.
Where do I change this? I've looked in Ld 14,15 and 16. Can't seem to
locate it.

Thanks in advance.

Schematic Diagram for Meridian 1 Analog Message Waiting Line

Verify in the INT block on LD 15.

The DID call are programed on the 4th collum:

CTVN (OVF OVF OVF ATN) - Call To Vacant Number (The ATN must be changed to OVF).
If yuo use a E1 with MFC protocol, you need program the:
MFVN (OVF OVF OVF ATN) - MFC Call to Vacant Number.

Try this, if donīt work tell me please.

CTVN (OVF OVF OVF OVF)

You may have to do an INI to make it work.

Octel 100 interface with Op11

OK! I've tried about everything. Here's something I notice when changing the CVNT
If CVNT = OVF OVF OVF OVF . when a call is placed it goes to Attendant, but gives
me ERR183. "Dnis call cannot terminate because the IDC is invalid.

There's nothing in the IDC table. 0;nada,nothing.
When CVNT = bsy bsy bsy bsy then the call goes to the attenadant, but no error code.

Anyway we've called in the vendor with a trouble ticket. I'll let them figure it out.
I'll post anything they find.

Thanks to all who tried to assist.
