OTM Account locked out
My OTM account says account has been locked out.I've seen this before but can't remember what the fix was.
Any suggestions?

If it's locked out at the PBX due to invalid logins (OVL400) then you might have to check your login information. (Perhaps someone updated a password for the login name you're using?) You can override an OVL400 by logging in with the Level 2 login. (ADMIN2)

If it's referring to something else, then I have no idea.

Thanks for the reply,they got in after they remembered the login to Call Pilot Manager which is weird but they are in there now.
