Allow a prefix in Opt 11c
I need to make a change to allow 410-540-xxxx numbers be dialed (currently getting a fast busy). I listed the NPA codes in LD 90 for 1410 and get

NPA 1410
RLI 4
DENY 540
DENY 970
SDRR deny codes = 2
ITEI none

i've tried to CHG it but I get an error esn040 or esn083
REQ CHG
CUST 0
FEAT NET
TRAN AC1
TYPE NPA 1410
RLI 4
SDRR ALOW 540

any ideas??? I am a newbie to Nortel. Is this something I can change or I do I need to contact our service provider?

at the sdrr prompt type deny and hit enter
at the deny prompt enter x540 and enter through.
If this doesn't work you can out the npa and enter it again at the sdrr put in deny hit enter than enter 970 to deny it.
