Assuming that you have properly transferred the ownership from the original purchaser of the Option 11C to yourself, you will need to call a Nortel Distributor to access the system and retrieve the password.

You will need to have a Nortel authorized vendor to do one of the following:
1. Reinstall the Option 11c software/database and start from scratch -or-
2. Have them extract the current database password for you.

Most authorized vendors will only work with you if the Nortel system was properly signed over to you. Nortel switches are like cars. The title needs to be properly signed over to you.
