Wrong Topic, Wrong Place, But I'm a Telecom guy with a Car A

Hello again all... its the noob...

One of my TMDI cards are red at the moment. All of my users cannot dial past 4 digits. How do I bounce the card without taking the whole system down.

Thanks in advance for responses!!!

I think its stuffed

Is the card channels defined as a PRI or a DTI?

Have you checked to see that it isn't a provider problem?

I know from experience, TMDI do not recover gracefully from red alarms.

If defined as a DTI, you can try this:

LD 96
DIS TMDI (card slot)
ENL TMDI (card slot)
sometimes you have to do a ENL TMDI x FDL

If your TMDI card handles a PRI, disable the D channel before disabling the TMDI
DIS DCH (channel #)
After enabling the card, you may have to reenable the D-channel:
ENL DCH (channel #)
