Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Wrong Topic, Wrong Place, But I'm a Telecom guy with a Car A Hello again all... its the noob... One of my TMDI cards are red at the moment. All of my users cannot dial past 4 digits. How do I bounce the card without taking the whole system down. Thanks in advance for responses!!! | ||||||||

Location: Missouri Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I think its stuffed Is the card channels defined as a PRI or a DTI? Have you checked to see that it isn't a provider problem? I know from experience, TMDI do not recover gracefully from red alarms. If defined as a DTI, you can try this: LD 96 DIS TMDI (card slot) ENL TMDI (card slot) sometimes you have to do a ENL TMDI x FDL If your TMDI card handles a PRI, disable the D channel before disabling the TMDI DIS DCH (channel #) After enabling the card, you may have to reenable the D-channel: ENL DCH (channel #) | ||||||||
