Rep Power: 6 ![]() | On the first question, I believe you can test it by running an application from the IVR, then call the DN of the Line Side E1 port. Check if it can transfer the call but of course supervise by the IVR. On the second question, there is no command in the CLI to do simulation of receiving or making a call on Line Side E1 ports. The only test maybe I can suggest is loopback the Tx and Rx of it, red and yellow alarms should go out and all 30 channels should all be idle. For me the card is fine then.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Setting a master/slave is not necessary in operating with the IVR. You just set them as like that if you want to cascade the administration of multiple Line Side E1 cards. Meaning you will only connect your PC terminal serial port to the Master's port5 (if I remember it right), then its port4 will connect to Slave's port5, and so on, and just like that you can administer all LE1 card in only single port. I do not know by heart about the DIP switch setting, but if you really want to cascade them, tell me and I wil search my NTP.

Location: At My Place Rep Power: 4 ![]() | The IVR guy was saying that they should be cascade(master/slave mode), IVR is not working for outdial?( i think IVR is not detecting/making ofhook of LINEsideE1 TN), they wants to use IVR for outdial, broadcasting a greeting on all channels of a PRI through LINE side E1. regards
