Rep Power: 0  Country:  | How can I change Interface type? I have a PRI between a Cisco Call manager and a Nortel Opt 61C. The link is causing BUG1369 messages. I have checked the settings in the call manager and the PRI Protocol Type is PRI DMS100. This appears to be the only option for a Nortel Switch. The 61c has IFC set as s100. I would like to try D100 but as can be seen from below, the switch will not allow mw to make the change. Any suggestons? Action: IFC must be changed for the DCH first and then changed for the ISA routes which have channels from the PRI loops of the DCH. Finally, change the IFC for the service routes. Severity: Info You might have to delete all the trunks on this T-1 as well first. Rep Power: 6 | John is correct. You should remove all members in LD 14. Once no more members on the Route from that Loop, the RDB and the DCH has no more relation. In the error, the PABX is seeing that the TN will be confused because the DCH on its Loop is IFC(x) while it is member under Route with IFC(y). But in doing so, the RDB should be manually change in LD 16 with new value of IFC as in DCH. | ||||||||
