I think FRRT is RAN route- not music.

So shud i make a RAN Route first to use FRRT prompt. Actually i am using that route as a music route in system.

Yes, you should create a new RAN message to use in FRRT and SRRT. You can then configure the music route within the CDN.

FRRT is the First Ran Route - This is usually a RAN with something like: "Thank you for calling _______. All agents are currently assisting other customers - please...."

SRRT is the Second Ran Route - This is usually a RAN with something like: "Thank you for continuing to hold...."

MURT is the Music Route.

Thanx all for helpin its now working as i setup a RAN route.
Another problem is that i made 3 phantom DN`s and DCFW`d them to ACD que. now the problem is that when all agents are logged out a greeting played (i made an application for greeting) but when i call these phantom nos (and if agent are logged out) then greeting isnt working rather call to these phantom nos going to mailbox.
Note: ACD que=7290 is NCFW=6000(CP DN for voice mail), also an application is setup with SDN=7290

In the CPILOT, create SDN the same as Phantom DN that you used, then assigned the same application you use in SDN 7290 to those newly created SDN.
