Meridian Max Not Compatible

Planning an upgrade on an 11C from 25.30 to Succession 4.5W. While reviewing the compatibility guide I discovered that Max is not supported. They have only 11 agents and only 1 que. What happens when Max goes away? What kind of changes will I have to make, if any, ahead of time to keep this que operational?

If MMAX is gone, you will lose all related Call Center Reports. But the Queu still can manage to accept calls and be operational. MMAX is not for call scripting, it is CCR for old products. Of course, Nortel advises for the latest one, which is the Symposium once you lose MMAX.

But for experience, from compatibility guide MMAIL is not supported in Succession Rls 4. But we tried to upgrade Opt81C, and after that, MMAIL Rls 13 is still up and running.

Thomas - are you saying you Upgraded to Suc 4.0 and you MerMail is still working?

We were told that it would not work and ended up buying HMS 400...

Rel 12 Mermail Works On 4.5, It Doesn't Say It Won't Work Only Not Supported.

Yes, chas, the MMAIL still communicates with Rls 4.0. I was also amazed, we just tried because it is the salesman pushing to go on, and we succeeded.

The MMAIL was of lower release that we upgrade to Rls 13.0. Nortel even gave us latest keycode of MMAIL, not intimidating it won't work.
