Location: At My Place Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Hi all. system is option 11c having a PRI for only dial out no incoming. Now i need to setup a dial out plan which should be automatically on all 30 channels of PRI. My boss ask that he have 30 different numbers for emergency situation announcement , and in case of any emergency they need a setup of these 30 numbers should dial out on that PRI automatically(or by dialing a 2 digit code.) Like a kind of Group call setup but in that case 30 channels of PRI must use to dials out 30 different numbers automatically by dialing a code. any help regards | ||||||||

Location: Houghton, NY Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I take it that this is a Europe PRI E1 since you are mentioning 30 channels. Can you give us more information in regards to where you will be dialing? Will they be different outbound numbers? My first impression would be to use the group call feature with outbound numbers. You should be able to add group call entries with your PRI ACOD followed by the number to call. | ||||||||

Location: Kabul Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Simple solution for u: put a Out dial IVR with the system and put the annoucement for that...each no u can put a different different annoucement. if an emergency u have to click a button on the IVR server then it will take care. IVR via PABX u need a Line Side E1 card....if direct no need | ||||||||

Location: At My Place Rep Power: 5 ![]() | OK i understand but how do i programme Line side E1 TN. i need to automatic selection of all PRI channels for calls when anybody click a button on IVR. The PRI route access code is 88. IVR guy says that they cud setup a dial out IVR tied with PBX through Line side E1 but how the channels of PRI selects automatically? | ||||||||
