Location: Montreal, Canada Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Is there a way to Call Forward a call from a 2616 to a Cellular and if there no answer on the cellular the call is sent to the Local VoiceMail not the Cellular Voice mail? Logically I would say no... someone at my office is telling that this was working since 2004 and now its not working anymore. Just want to validate with you guys. Thanks __________________ Helder Montreal, QC

Overall bad idea for a variety of resource and security reasons.

Ask the cell phone owner what mailbox he checked to retrieve messages. Then take a look at that mailbox and kind of reverse engineer it. Another way to do this (even better in my opinion) is to use Personal Call Assistant (PCA). You can have the cell phone ring simultaneously with the desk phone. If it doesn't get answered on one or the other then call goes to your voicemail when FNA kicks in. This does use an outgoing trunk while ringing rhe cell phone but drops it when answered at the desk or by voicemail. Requires PCA license for each user that requires it but they are only about $40 each. Steamer
