I need to route all 9 + 0 calls to a toll free number. What are the programming steps? Thanks, Chas2002 Net_data: Quote:

7177 is our Emergency onsite 911 And I checked LOC, NPA and that looks good. So Do I add a DMI then add that to the RLI? Location: 3498.51 miles from Tiverton, Ontario (CANADA) Rep Power: 16 ![]() | That should work fine - the DMI and SPN entries are independent of each other in this case. One word of caution on CTYP - In PRI situations I've found that some COs don't like the NP / TON = Private / Special when using SPNs so sometimes you have to set CTYP to UKWN to create a NP / TON of Private / Uknown. Something to consider if calls start failing for no reason. | ||||||||
