This person does not use the desktop messaging, Unified. Just a regular user that does not want to delete each message.  | ||||||||

Location: London(ish) Rep Power: 4 Gender: Country:  | Quick way is to delete the mailbox and recreate. But first tell the user that there is a 36 hr cleanup process. May encourage them to do it themselves. Or set the mailbox size to 30seconds.  | ||||||||

Location: @home Rep Power: 8 Gender: Country:  | You could change the expiration date of messages in the mail box to 1 day. It would then purge all voicemail older than that (provided the user has listened to it) Then change it back or not  | ||||||||
