Location: Gulf Coast Rep Power: 5   Country:  | M3900 Series User Guides A while back I wanted to do a Flash File for the M3900 series telephones. Slagburn pointed out that this was going to be a difficult task - to Quote: "The features and even icons change dependant upon the firmware of the set." Well - I need to move forward with this anyways as we will be moving toward replacing our EOL M2000 series phones with M3900 series......And I don't really want to 'End User Train' each set that I install. Rep Power: 7 | Why invent what already exists...Global Knowledge has a CD for exactly this purpose...it is built (or at least 1.0 was) with Macromedia Director and gave very good interactive user training on the phones. Cost at their website is $254 USD plus shipping. You can load it to a network drive and send out an email to all your users to access it for training or just pass the CD around. That's what we did with the 1.0 version.
