Location: Bethesda, MD Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Pulling IP Traffic Information Hello all, Can anyone tell me how I can grab call traffic info from our IP phone system. I have an option 11c system with I2004 IP phones and I just got a request to try and grab traffic data or phone usage from the system for a project that my group is working on. Does anyone know I can get this information? Thanks

Location: Bethesda, MD Rep Power: 6 ![]() | I just got more infor from the user. Here is specifically what they are looking for: 1) calling phone number 2) called phone number 3) codec in use 4) duration of the call 5) start time of the call 6) (if possible) volume of IP traffic generated (Erlangs?? kbps?) Is there a way that I can grab this infor from our IP phone system?

(Call Detail Records) 3 you can figure out based on the CODEC configuration on the SigServer / Media Cards and the Zone tables in the PBX. 6 - if you have all of the above information you get a very rough idea of IP traffic volume with a few simple calculations.
