Not sure about the 3904 but the 3905 has dual headset jacks allowing an agent to talk while supervised or allowing both to talk. Also, with what you have the 3904. The Supervising Person should just "Observe" the agent then 'chime' in when needed... There were some features like this on the M2216 ACD set - I'm sure they carried over to the 3900 series....Run through the Options on the 3904 and see if there are any that pertain to Headsets... Location: Near Pluto's third Moon Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Thanks Chas, We are using 3905 series but we are training some new people and the supervisors are training new supervisors and they want to use the solitary 3904 so they can both listen.I tried all the headset and handset options under the options key. Other than get a splitter for a headset so I can use 2 at once I wasn't sure if the headset and handset combo would work together. Thanks for the response. | ||||||||
