Option 11c Less Long distance channels

Hey guys,

I gotta admit this is a bit over my head, but anyways.

we currently have 4 channels of our t1 going to data,
and 20 channels going to long distance.
I need to change it so we have 8 channels going to long distance.
and 16 channels to data.
how do I do this, I had no idea this was done from the switch.

also are there t1 status commands?

help would be greatly apppreciated

thanks.

Take the long distance turnks out in LD 14 and then add the ones you took out into the data side.

If You Are Breaking Out 20 Channels For Data That Is Done Before The Option 11 Through A Mux, It Could Be A Data Serv Made By Kentrox Or Some Other Box. You Will Need To Get Into That And Unprovision Those Channels And Send Them On Through To The Switch. Then You Can Build The Trunks On Those Channels In Ld 14
